"Customer," "You," "Yours": Refers to you or anyone acting on your behalf to place an order with Barter Books Publishers.
"Company," "We," "Our": Refers to Barter Books Publishers, a company registered under applicable state laws.
"Product or Services": Refers to all products and services offered by Barter Books Publishers in accordance with your order.
"Order": Refers to a request made via phone or email to purchase products or services from Barter Books Publishers, confirmed through payment methods such as check, credit card, cash, bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, if revisions are needed to meet quality standards or to adhere to specified requirements, we offer a revision process to ensure customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet the specified requirements, we will conduct an internal review and make necessary revisions or recreate the content at no extra cost.
REVISIONS
Each service package includes its own revision policy. Revisions are provided within 5 to 10 days after the order status is updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform. The revision period depends on the package ordered. Customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager via email. Content is delivered in Word format, and customers have the right to make changes before publishing.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively. Refunds may be provided under certain conditions, such as when orders have not been started or allocated at the time of the refund request.
Refunds, if granted, typically take 5 to 15 days to process and are subject to a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount, whichever is higher. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and you will receive a notification via email.

Change of Mind:
Before Project Initiation: A full refund is available before work begins.
Within One Hour of Order: You may request a refund within one hour of placing your order if you decide to cancel.
After Project Progress: Refunds may be partial (up to 5%) if a refund request is made after work has started and at least one revision has been used.
Incompetent Delivery:If the delivered work does not meet the project requirements, we offer unlimited revisions to achieve satisfaction. If we are still unable to meet your expectations, a refund may be processed with mutual agreement on a set percentage.
Late Delivery: We aim for timely delivery. If we fail to deliver on time and after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund may be processed if it is documented that the delay was our fault.
REFUND TIME FRAME
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the first submission or order delivery, subject to no revisions. Requests made after this period will not be considered. Be aware of the refund deadline when placing your order.
CASES WHERE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED
No refunds will be issued for minor technical errors or delays due to the client's actions. Refunds are not provided for issues related to low word count or minor errors like grammatical mistakes or missing references.
